We take great pride in producing a fabulous dining experience. At the centre of this lies the most important ingredient, the food. Head Chef Phillip Sharpe’s passion and creativity is evident in all of Maiyango’s dishes. He hand selects only the best, locally sourced, freshest ingredients. His desire is to produce contemporary fine dining at its best, each dish, individually created and inspired from his travels around the world.

Given notice, our chefs can cater for all dietary requirements and will be happy to discuss this with you.

Food Service times:
Lunch served: 12-3pm
Dinner served: 6.30pm -9:45pm

Everyone has a favourite dish, whether its traditional roast or a luxurious creamy dessert...

Wouldn’t it be great if you could go out for a meal and have your favourite dish created for you without all the hassle of buying the ingredients, cooking and then having to clean up the mess?

Imagine the setting is Maiyango where the stunning decor, spectacular cocktails and great service is always going to equate to a special night out. We would like you to put forward you favourite dish and let our award winning chefs take care of the rest.

Once a month, we will randomly select a winner from the entries received who will win their favourite dish, cooked and presented Maiyango style, for themselves and a guest.
